This book traces the convergence of two biblical texts, Akedah (Genesis 22) and the Fourth Servant Song (Isaiah 53) in early Jewish and Christian writings. The passages share verbal and conceptual resonances, including the suffering of a righteous individual, divine complicity in an unjust death, unresisting compliance, notions of cultic sacrifice, exaltation and reward. Given their intertextual links, the two passages have been associated together in some ancient texts, within contexts of suffering righteousness and sacrifice. This book labels the apparent convergence of the primary texts as the Akedah Servant complex, and it develops a dialogic intertextual approach to determine the presence of the complex in selected passages: Stage I/ pre-70CE Jewish writings; Stage II/ New Testament; Stage III /post-70CE (rabbinic and patristic) texts. This study indicates that the linking of Isaiah 53 and Genesis 22 is a long-standing tradition which resulted in shaping an early Christian model of atonement.

Introduction:
L’objectif général de cette étude est de se rendre compte comment la personnel soignant définit la souffrance éthique et les ressources nécessaires perçues dans leur travail, au sein d’un hôpital général et psychiatrique de la région Liégeoise, pour les aider à gérer plus facilement cette détresse au quotidien.
Méthode:
La recherche a été menée suivant un design qualitatif descriptif sur base du cadre de référence de Dorothéa Orem. L’ensemble des données a été récolté via des groupes focalisées dans trois services différents (N=14). Les connaissances théoriques, les représentations mentales et l’expérience sur le terrain ont été abordées afin que les participants puissent développer une définition commune de la souffrance éthique et des ressources nécessaires pour travailler avec cette détresse. 
Résultats: 
Nous constatons que les différents groupes sont situé dans une capacité d’auto-soin différente mais que les informations récoltées ont permis de créer une définition commune de la souffrance éthique faisant référence à celle énoncée par Margot Phaneuf, Professeur en Sciences infirmière (Phaneuf, 2014). Suite à cette définition, ceux-ci ont développé trois ressources : l’espace de parole, le travail en interdisciplinarité et la formation continue nécessaires à une reconnaissance, une autonomie et une force professionnelle utiles au soignant dans le cadre de son travail. 
Conclusion:
Cette étude a pu mettre en évidence les difficultés et la souffrance perçues par les soignants de terrain en pédopsychiatrie. Au vu des conséquences de cette détresse qu’énoncent les professionnels, il est important de prendre en considération les réflexions émises à ce sujet par Boivin-Descrochers et al. (2014). Il n’existe pas de solution toute faite. Les résultats montrent qu’il faut interroger le reste de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire et coupler les visions de chacun pour proposer une solution commune. La proposition d’infirmiers en pratique avancée pourrait être une piste à développer pour l’avenir. Introduction:
The main purpose of this study is to analyze how the caregiver defines the ethical suffering and the necessary resources perceived in their work, within both general and psychiatric hospital in the area of Liège, to help them manage more easily this distress on a daily basis.
Method:
The study was conducted according to a descriptive qualitative design based on the reference of Dorothea Orem. The data were collected via several groups located in three different services (N=14). Theoretical knowledge, mental representations and experience on the field were approached so that the participants can develop a common definition of the ethical suffering and the needed resources to work with this distress.
Results:
We have noticed that the various groups have different capacity of self-care but that the gathered information allowed creating a common definition of ethical suffering and refers to the one state by Margot Phaneuf, nursing professor in Sciences. Following that definition, it allowed them to develop three resources: space for dialogue, work in interdisciplinary and in-service training necessary for acknowledgment, autonomy and professional strength. All resources those are useful for caregivers in their daily work.
Conclusion:
This study enabled to highlight the difficulties and the suffering supported by the nursing in child psychiatry. Given the consequences of such a distress expressed by the professionals, it is important to take into account the reflections on this subject. There is no ready-made solution. The results indicate that the rest of the multidisciplinary team must be questioned and combine the different visions to propose a common solution. The proposal of advanced practice nurses could be a path to develop for the future.
